Policy version tax-v1.0
Privacy
This covers taxonomy.coppica.com: the technique catalogue, the copy analyzer and the MCP server at /mcp. Coppica the application, at coppica.com, has its own policy and its own consent choice.
The copy you paste into the analyzer
We store it, because the analysis is generated from it and your emailed report links back to it. We use it to produce your result and nothing else.
We never add it to our reference library, never use it to train or expand our corpus, never sell it, and never publish it. The catalogue on this site is built from publicly distributed marketing copy, not from anything submitted here.
Your report link is private and signed. It is not listed, not indexed, and not guessable: without the signature the page returns a 404 even if someone knows the address.
What you send the MCP server
The MCP server at taxonomy.coppica.com/mcp lets an AI assistant use the catalogue while it writes. Your assistant may send it your copy, your brief or your test numbers. Each is used to answer that one request and then dropped. Nothing is stored, and none of it reaches our library.
We log which tool was called and when, so we can see what people use. Like any website, our host also keeps ordinary request logs, such as the address a request came from, for a short time. The server sets no cookies and asks for no account.
Your email address, if you give it
Used to send your result and a short series about what the analyzer found. Every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing also cancels anything still scheduled. We do not sell or share the list.
Analytics
If you accept, we load Google Analytics to see which techniques people read and where they arrive from. That is the only non-essential tag on this site. There is no advertising pixel and no session recording here.
If you decline, the tag is never loaded at all. It is not loaded-then-disabled: the page is rendered without it. Your refusal keeps counting even after this policy changes, so you will not be asked again in the hope of a different answer.
In the EEA, the UK and Quebec nothing runs until you choose. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal and you are somewhere that requires it to be honoured, we treat that as a refusal and never ask.
Changing your mind
Clear this site’s cookies and the question comes back. To have analyzer submissions or an email address removed, write to privacy@coppica.com and say which address you used.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers. No selling or sharing of personal data. No session recording on this site. No using your submitted copy to build the catalogue.
